Ingredients
- 150 g green beans
- 250 g waxy potatoes
- 500 g beef (shoulder)
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Garlic clove
- 2 tbsp plant oil
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
- 900 ml beef stock
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 tbsp chili flakes

Wash, trim and cut the beans into 3 cm pieces. Peel, wash and dice the potatoes. Wash, pat dry, trim and slice the beef into strips. Peel and finely chop the shallot and garlic. Heat oil in a pot and sear the beef until browned.

Sprinkle paprika over the beef, add the shallot, garlic and tomato paste, cook briefly, then deglaze with stock. Season with salt and pepper, bring to a simmer at medium heat for 30 minutes. Add potatoes and beans, stir in chili flakes and simmer for another 15 minutes. Taste again and serve on deep plates.
