Chicken Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 Lime
- 400 g chicken breast fillet
- 1 Garlic clove
- 4 tbsp corn germ oil
- 0.25 tsp chili powder
- Salt
- 0.5 tsp Cajun seasoning mix
- 8 large lettuce leaves
- 1 Shallot
- 150 g Brown Mushrooms
- 8 wheat tortillas

Squeeze the lime to extract juice. Wash, pat dry, and slice the chicken breast into thin strips. Peel the garlic and press through a grinder. In a bowl combine the chicken with 2 tbsp oil, lime juice, garlic, chili powder, a pinch of salt, and Cajun seasoning; cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Wash and spin dry the lettuce leaves. Peel and finely chop the shallot. Clean and slice the mushrooms. Sauté the shallots in 1 tbsp oil, add the mushrooms, and cook for about 3 minutes. Remove from pan and set aside.

Heat the remaining oil in a skillet. Take the marinated chicken out of the bowl and sear in the skillet for about 2 minutes. Add the shallot-mushroom mixture, stir, and cook together another 2-3 minutes. Taste and adjust seasoning.

Warm the tortillas briefly in a dry pan or microwave. Place one lettuce leaf on each tortilla, spread the Cajun chicken over it, roll up, and serve immediately.
