Chicken Wings with Sauce

Ingredients
- 20 Chicken Wings
- 250 g ketchup
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 Tbsp lime juice
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp butter
- 150 g diced tomatoes (canned)
- 0.125 l chicken stock
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- Salt
- ground pepper

Wash and pat the wings dry.

Whisk ketchup with paprika, lime juice, vinegar, and honey; season with salt and pepper. Toss wings in the mixture and refrigerate covered overnight.

Remove wings from the marinate, pat dry, and bake on a rack (with a pan underneath) at 180°C for about 30 minutes under combined heat.

For the sauce, peel and finely dice the onion, then sauté in hot butter. Add stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. Stir in remaining marinade and tomatoes; season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle parsley over the wings and serve as a dip.
