- 1.2 g potatoes (firm boil)
- Salt
- 1 EL olive oil
- 2 EL Butter
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 sprig sage
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- white pepper

Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Boil in plenty of salted water for about 20 minutes. Drain and let them dry well. Heat the olive oil with the butter in a non-stick pan. Peel and finely chop the garlic. Wash the herbs, shake off excess moisture, and finely chop half of each herb. Fry the potatoes in the pan while turning for 3-5 minutes. In the last 1-2 minutes add the garlic cubes and remaining herbs and cook briefly.
