Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 800 g large potatoes
- iodized salt
- 750 g chicken wings
- a little ginger
- 6 tbsp sunflower oil
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 4 tbsp kefir
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- ground pepper
- 1 tsp rosemary

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and boil them in salted water until firm. Drain, peel, and cut into thick slices. Meanwhile preheat the oven to 180 °C (gas level 2-3).

Rinse the chicken wings with cold water, pat dry, and season with iodized salt and a little ginger powder. Heat sunflower oil in an oven‑proof pan and sear the wings on both sides.

Whisk honey and kefir together, then brush over the chicken wings. Pour vegetable broth into the pan and bake in the hot oven for about 15 minutes.

Heat remaining oil in a nonstick skillet and fry the potato slices on both sides until golden. Season with iodized salt. Plate the chicken wings, optionally reduce the sauce, season with salt and pepper, pour sauce over the wings, serve with potato slices, and sprinkle rosemary on top.
