Ingredients

  • 1.2 kg chicken wings
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp paprika powder
  • 1 tsp Cayenne pepper

Instructions

    Wash the chicken wings and pat them dry with kitchen paper.

    In a large bowl whisk together the oil, salt, honey, paprika powder and cayenne pepper for the marination.

    Toss the chicken wings in the mixture and cover; refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) with fan and top heat.

  5. 5.

    Place a roasting rack on a sheet of baking paper, remove the marinated wings from the bowl and arrange them on the rack. Drizzle some of the remaining sauce over the wings and bake in the middle rack for 20-25 minutes.

    Serve optionally with lemon wedges and parsley garnish.
