Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- flour (for coating)
- oil (for searing)
- 3 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 200 ml white wine
- 200 ml chicken broth
- cayenne pepper (to taste)
Instructions

Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then coat them in flour.

Heat a little oil in a Dutch oven over high heat and brown the chicken thighs all sides until golden brown.

While the chicken cooks, peel and slice the onions into rings or small cubes, and cut the garlic cloves into thin slices.

Clean the bell peppers and cut them into strips.

Add the sliced onions and garlic to the pan with the chicken and cook for a few minutes.

Add the bell pepper strips and sauté for an additional 2 minutes.
