Ingredients
- 8 small chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp mustard
- ½ tsp paprika powder
- Salt
- Pepper
- 2 Eggs
- 2 tbsp potato starch
- 100 g sesame seeds
- 50 g chopped cornflakes

Wash and pat dry the chicken. Mix honey, mustard, paprika, salt, and pepper; rub the mixture onto the thighs.

Beat the eggs with potato starch, then coat each thigh first in the egg mixture, then in the sesame-cornflake mix. Place coated thighs in a baking dish and bake at 220 °C (fan‑forced 200 °C; gas: level 3–4) for 40 minutes.
