Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs
- juice of one lemon
- Salt
- white pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika powder (sweet)
- 4 tbsp dry sherry
- 8 tbsp olive oil

Separate the chicken thighs at the joint as desired, then wash and pat dry. Mix all ingredients into a marinade and let the thighs marinate for 20 minutes.

Drain, pat lightly dry, and place on a hot grill. Grill for 25 minutes; turn occasionally and brush with the remaining marinade. Serve with grilled lemon slices.
