Ingredients

  • 6 chicken thighs (prepped)
  • 1.5 tbsp sweet paprika powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp pepper (ground)
  • 4 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

    Wash the thighs, pat dry, and split at the joint.

    Mix paprika powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil; coat the chicken pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
