- 6 chicken thighs (prepped)
- 1.5 tbsp sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 0.5 tsp pepper (ground)
- 4 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) with upper and lower heat.

Wash the thighs, pat dry, and split at the joint.

Mix paprika powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil; coat the chicken pieces and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
