Ingredients
- 640 g chicken breast fillet (4 chicken breast fillets)
- 100 ml light soy sauce
- 100 ml Sweet-Chili-Sauce (pre‑made product)
- 2 chilies (finely diced)
- 2 garlic cloves (finely chopped)
- 50 ml chicken broth
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- fresh herbs (as desired, cilantro, basil or watercress)

Mix the sweet chili sauce with chicken stock, sesame oil, 4‑5 herb leaves, garlic and chilies, preferably in a blender, then let it steep in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

For the chicken skewers cut the fillets into strips about 2 cm wide and very thin, marinate them in soy sauce and keep covered in the refrigerator. Remove, drain, and thread them in a wave pattern onto 8 wooden skewers. Grill for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally. Brush with sweet chili sauce and serve on a plate garnished with herbs. Offer the remaining chili sauce on the side.
