Ingredients
- 640 g chicken schnitzels (4 pieces)
- Salt
- Pepper
- 40 g wild garlic pesto (2 tbsp)
- 150 g cream cheese (5% fat)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Instructions

Rinse the schnitzels under cold water, pat dry and lightly pound to flatten. Season with salt and pepper.

Mix the wild garlic pesto, cream cheese, and egg together, seasoning with salt and pepper. Spread ¼ of the mixture on each schnitzel.

Fold the schnitzels closed and secure with a toothpick. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the schnitzels over medium heat for about 10 minutes until golden brown on both sides. Remove, plate, and serve.
