Ingredients
- 2 stalks Parsley
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp peppercorns
- 2 chicken breast fillets (about 150 g each)
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 100 g mayonnaise
- 1 tsp curry powder
- a splash lemon juice
- Salt
- ground pepper
- 2 handfuls lamb salad
- 4 sesame burger buns
- 1 tbsp toasted almond flakes

Rinse the parsley, shake dry and bring to a boil with the bay leaf, peppercorns and about 400 ml water. Rinse the chicken, place it in the water and simmer gently for about 10 minutes until cooked. Remove from the broth, let cool, then cut into small pieces.

Mix raisins with mayonnaise and curry powder, season with lemon juice, salt and pepper. Fold in the chicken pieces. Wash, trim and dry the lamb salad.
