Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast fillet
- 2.5 tbsp Maille Sherry vinegar
- 2.5 tbsp Maille Dijon mustard (with honey)
- 5 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 300 g light green bell peppers
- 2 red onions
- a few small rosemary sprigs
- 75 g heavy cream

Wash and pat dry the chicken fillets, then cut into large pieces. Whisk together 2 tablespoons Maille Sherry vinegar, 1 tablespoon Maille Au Miel, and 3 tablespoons olive oil; season with salt and pepper. Marinate the chicken pieces in this mixture.

Meanwhile, clean, wash, and chop the bell peppers. Peel and quarter or halve the onions. Thread the prepared ingredients alternately onto skewers. Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the skewers for about 8 minutes, turning occasionally; season with salt and pepper.
