Ingredients
- 2 chicken breast fillets (about 120 g)
- 4 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 250 g broccoli florets
- 250 g baby corn
- 100 g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 l chicken broth
- 250 g Chinese egg noodles
- soy sauce
- pepper (ground)

Cut the chicken breast into cubes. Wash, trim and slice the spring onions diagonally into rings. Heat oil, sauté the chicken and mushrooms, add the onions briefly, then stir in the vegetables. Pour in the broth, bring to a boil and simmer gently for about 10 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain and add them to the soup. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
