Ingredients
- 1 bundle of mirepoix
- 2 onions
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp oil
- 500 g chicken pieces
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 chili peppers
- 12 peppercorns
- 2 tbsp chicken soup paste
- 6 red chilies
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Zucchini
- salt, pepper

Clean and chop the mirepoix. Peel and dice the onions and garlic. Heat the oil. Sauté the chicken pieces with the vegetables, onions, and garlic. Add 2 l water. Add spices and soup paste and bring to a boil. Skim off foam. Simmer in an open pot for 1 hour.

Slice the chilies lengthwise and place them in ice water. Slice the carrot and zucchini into rounds. Use a skewer to cut small circles from the slices.

Strain the broth. Season with salt and pepper. Add the vegetable pearls to the soup, cook for 1 minute. Garnish with "chili flowers".
