Ingredients
- butter (for the pan)
- 250 g smoked chicken breast fillet
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 EL vegetable oil
- 1 EL Butter
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 2 EL freshly chopped parsley
- 2 Eggs
- 200 ml whipping cream
- 150 g grated cheddar
- 100 ml milk
- Salt
- pepper (from grinder)
- 0.5 TL curry powder

Preheat the oven to 180°C (356°F). Grease a round tart pan with butter.

Cube the chicken breast. Peel and finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat oil and butter in a pan and sauté until translucent. Wash broccoli, drain, add to pan with chicken and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in parsley. Whisk eggs with cream, half of the cheese, and milk. Season with salt, pepper, and curry.

Spread the vegetable-chicken mixture into the pan, pour over the egg-cream mixture, and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes until golden brown.
