Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 100 g radishes
  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 pickles
  • 200 g corn kernels (canned)
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 50 g bean sprouts
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp yogurt
  • 1 tbsp freshly chopped dill
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt
  • pepper (ground)

    Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, season with salt and pepper, then sear in hot oil until golden brown. Remove from heat and let rest in the pan to finish cooking, then slice into thin strips.

    Peel the cucumber, halve it lengthwise, remove seeds, and dice. Dice the pickles finely. Drain the corn kernels. Wash the tomatoes, cut off the stems, and dice them. Combine all salad ingredients in a bowl. Mix well with sour cream, yogurt, and dill. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper, then serve.
