Ingredients
- 250 g Basmati rice
- Salt
- 800 g chicken breast fillet
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 120 ml rice wine
- 3 tbsp plum sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp chili sauce
- Vietnamese lemon balm (for garnish)

Rinse the rice in a sieve and cook it in a pot with double the amount of salted water for about 20 minutes.

Rinse the chicken, pat dry, and cut into bite-sized cubes. Quickly stir-fry the cubes in hot wok oil until lightly browned. Add the rice wine, mix in the plum sauce, and season with hoisin and chili sauces. Cook for another 2-3 minutes while stirring, then serve in bowls topped with lemon balm and accompanied by the cooked rice.
