- 3 red onions
- 3 peaches
- 50 g cornflakes
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 3 eggs
- 50 g flour
- 4 chicken breast fillets (about 150 g each)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 sprigs Rosemary
- 8 tbsp sunflower oil

Peel the onions and cut them into wedges. Wash, halve, pit, and slice the peaches similarly. Crush the cornflakes and mix with breadcrumbs. Beat the eggs with 3 tbsp water in a shallow bowl; place flour and breadcrumb mixtures on separate shallow plates.

Wash the chicken breast fillets, pat dry with paper towels, season with salt and pepper. Dredge each piece first in flour, then dip into the egg mixture, and finally coat thoroughly with the breadcrumb-cornflake mix. Wash and pat dry the rosemary sprigs.
