Ingredients
- 500 g kohlrabi
- 2 EL Butter
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- nutmeg
- 2 EL lemon juice
- tarragon
- 150 g heavy cream
- 2 chicken breast fillets

Peel the kohlrabi, cut into sticks and sauté in hot butter. Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook for about 10 minutes, then increase heat to evaporate the liquid quickly. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, finish with lemon juice, pour in the cream, simmer uncovered for 3-4 minutes, then stir in tarragon.

Meanwhile season the chicken breast fillets with salt and pepper and brown each side in hot clarified butter for about 5 minutes.

Plate the kohlrabi in cream sauce with the chicken breast and garnish with tarragon as desired.
