Ingredients
- 500 g waxy potatoes
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds (black and white)
- 4 chicken breast fillets (ready-to-cook, skinless, 160-180 g each)
- 150 g crumbled breadcrumbs (from a day-old white bread)
- 100 g chopped walnuts
- 4 Spring Onions
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Preheat the oven to 200°C with top and bottom heat. Peel the potatoes and cut them into sticks. Brush with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, then coat in sesame seeds. Arrange on a baking sheet and roast for about 30 minutes.

Wash the chicken breasts, pat dry, and slice a pocket into each with a sharp knife. Season with salt and pepper. Mix the breadcrumbs with walnuts and fill the pockets of the fillets.
