  • 4 chicken breast fillets
  • 4 Spring Onions
  • 4 cinnamon sticks
  • 4 star anise
  • 4 cloves
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder
  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp Honey
  • Sea salt
  • olive oil

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 200°C. Score each filet with a sharp knife, then place them on individual sheets of parchment paper. Wash and trim the spring onions and distribute over the filets.

    Spread the spices, soy sauce, and honey over the filets. Drizzle some olive oil and season with salt. Fold the parchment into packets (like a candy wrapper) and tie both ends securely with twine. Place on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes in the hot oven. Serve with rice.
