Chicken and Vegetables Foil Packets

Ingredients
- 400 g Potatoes
- 400 g Broccoli
- 200 g mushrooms
- 2 Tomatoes
- 600 g Chicken breast fillet
- 2 EL oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 450 ml canned tomatoes
- 1 EL dried oregano
- Chives
- 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 TL lemon juice
Instructions

Peel, wash and slice the potatoes into thin rounds.

Clean, rinse, drain and cut broccoli into small florets; clean and halve the mushrooms.

Wash the tomatoes, remove stems and cut into large wedges.

Rinse the chicken breast fillet under cold water, pat dry and cut into strips.

Cut four pieces of aluminum foil to a size of 30 x 40 cm and brush the shiny side with oil.

Place the potatoes in the center of the foil, lightly salt, add the chicken strips on top, then layer broccoli, tomatoes and mushrooms; season with salt and pepper.

Blend the canned tomatoes with salt, pepper and oregano and pour over the vegetables and chicken. Fold the foil over and seal the edges tightly.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 °C (convection 180 °C; gas: level 3) for 25–30 minutes.

Meanwhile wash, dry shake and cut chives into rings. Mix yogurt with chives and lemon juice; season with salt and pepper and serve alongside the chicken‑vegetable foil packets.
