Ingredients
- 450 g chestnut puree (unsweetened)
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 4 eggs
- 150 g sugar
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 Tbsp dark cocoa powder
- 75 g flour
- 2 tbsp Cornstarch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- butter (for the pan)
- powdered sugar
Instructions

Separate the eggs. Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt into stiff peaks, then beat the yolks with sugar for 5-7 minutes until creamy using an electric mixer. Fold in the chestnut puree alternately with cocoa powder, cinnamon, baking powder and cornstarch.

Fold in the meringue and spread the batter into a greased springform pan. Bake at 180°C (356°F) in a preheated oven for about 40-50 minutes. Remove from oven, cool, cut into pieces and dust with powdered sugar.
