Cherry Yogurt Ice

Ingredients
- 250 g cherries
- 3 tbsp honey
- 40 ml cherry brandy
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 100 ml whipping cream
- mint
- 1 tbsp plain yogurt
- Cinnamon
Instructions

Line 4 small portion molds (about 150 ml each) with plastic wrap and place in the freezer.

Pit the cherries. Mix them with honey, cherry brandy, yogurt and whipped cream. Fill the cold molds and freeze for at least 2 hours.

About 10 minutes before serving remove from the freezer, then pour out.

Garnish with mint and a dollop of yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon before serving.
