- 450 g cherries
- 2 tbsp Chia seeds
- 2 tbsp honey
Instructions

Wash, pit, and halve the cherries.

Cook the cherries in a pot over medium heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Mash into a puree. Then simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Remove from heat and stir in the chia seeds and honey thoroughly.

Let the jam cool completely before pouring it into a jar or enjoy immediately.
