Ingredients

  • 250 g fontina cheese
  • 125 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 egg yolks
  • pepper (ground)

Instructions

    Cut the cheese into cubes and melt with the milk in a pot over low heat, stirring continuously.

    Increase the temperature, add one egg yolk and stir until smooth; then fold in the remaining yolks. Season with pepper and serve, e.g., with pasta.
