Ingredients

  • 8 small slices of nut bread
  • 4 smaller pears
  • 100 g Gorgonzola cheese
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 handful Arugula
  • 40 g walnut kernels

Instructions

    Preheat the oven to grill mode.

    Place the bread slices on the oven rack and brown one side until golden.

    While the bread is browning, wash the pears, halve them and remove the core. Dice the cheese and spread it over the pear halves. Remove the bread from the oven, flip it, brush with olive oil and place the pear halves on top. Return under the grill for 5-10 minutes to brown the tops.

    Wash, dry, and tear the arugula as needed. Roughly chop the walnuts. Take the bread out of the oven and serve garnished with arugula and nuts.
