Ingredients
- 1 bunch radishes
- 2 tbsp chives rings
- 1 tomato
- 1 Red Onion
- 250 g Feta
- 2 tbsp white wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Mustard
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 bunch arugula
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 10 slices cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Wash radishes and tomato. Slice radishes, dice tomato. Peel onion and finely chop.

Cube cheese and mix with radishes, tomato, and chives.

Whisk vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper; whisk oil into the mixture, taste and stir into the cheese blend. Wash arugula, trim stems, line glasses or bowls with it and fill with the cheese salad.

For the sauce heat cream in a pan, gradually add cheese slices, stirring until melted. Season with salt and pepper, let cool slightly, pour over salads and serve.
