Ingredients
- 500 g mushrooms
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 Eggs
- 2 Tbsp whipping cream
- 150 g breadcrumbs
- 50 g grated Parmesan
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- vegetable oil (for frying)
Instructions

Clean the mushrooms and dust them with flour. Whisk the eggs with the cream, then dip each mushroom in turn. Mix the breadcrumbs with parmesan and oregano, seasoning with salt and pepper. Bread the mushrooms and fry them in plenty of hot oil in a tall pan for 2-3 minutes, turning occasionally.

Drain on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
