Ingredients

  • 600 g mushrooms (smaller)
  • 2 small onions
  • 400 g Potatoes
  • Salt
  • 150 g ham (thick slices)
  • pepper (ground)
  • 200 g Sour Cream
  • 125 g low-fat quark
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g grated Gruyère cheese
  • 0.25 bunch chives

    Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat).

    Clean the mushrooms and cut them in half or quarters depending on size. Peel and finely chop the onions. Peel the potatoes and dice them small. Parboil in salted water for about 15 minutes, drain, rinse with cold water and let drain well. Place the mushrooms, potatoes, and onions in a greased baking dish, season with pepper. Whisk together sour cream, quark, and eggs until smooth, season with salt and pepper, then pour over the vegetables. Shake gently to distribute evenly and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 45 minutes. Wash the chives and cut into rings; serve sprinkled with chives.
