Ingredients

  • 1 chicken
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 bunch spring onions
  • 350 g small mushrooms
  • 0.5 bunch Parsley
  • 2 sprigs Rosemary
  • 0.25 l poultry broth (from the jar)
  • 3 tbsp chili sauce
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

    Wash and pat dry the chicken, cut into eight pieces, season with salt and pepper. In a large pot heat oil and brown the chicken pieces all over. Remove the chicken breasts and set aside.

    Clean and trim the spring onions, cut into large chunks. Clean the mushrooms and halve them. Pour the poultry broth over the chicken and simmer covered on medium heat for 25 minutes.

    Add the chicken breast pieces, vegetables, and rosemary to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finely chop the parsley, sprinkle over the stew, and before serving drizzle chili sauce over the chicken.
