Ingredients
- 1 small head lettuce
- 200 g cocktail tomatoes
- 2 stalks celery
- 1 bunch radishes
- 1 box garden cress
- 150 g Sour cream
- 0.5 untreated lemon (juice and zest)
- 1 pinch sugar
- Salt
- black pepper (ground)

Clean, wash, and dry the salad leaves. Wash and halve the cocktail tomatoes. Remove and rinse the celery leaves, then shake them dry. Clean, wash, and slice the celery stalks into thin pieces. Peel, wash, and shave the radishes into thin slices. For the dressing, whisk together sour cream, lemon juice and zest with sugar, salt, and pepper.

Arrange the salad and vegetables on plates. Sprinkle with garden cress and drizzle with the dressing.
