Ingredients
- 700 g ripe pears
- 300 g green grapes
- 2 stalks celery
- 20 g sugar
- 0.5 packet of canning aid
Instructions
-
1.
Wash the pears, quarter them, remove cores, and cut into large pieces. Wash the grapes, stem them, and halve them. Rinse the celery stalks, trim them, and cut into large pieces. Place everything in a large pot. Add 0.5 l water, bring to a boil, mash with a potato masher, and simmer over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Transfer the cooked fruit onto a cloth stretched between chair legs and let the juice drain into the pot below. Stir the juice with sugar, bring to a boil once more, skim off foam, and mix in the canning aid. Pour hot into a pre‑sterilized bottle and seal well.
