Ingredients
- 800 g cauliflower florets
- 200 g radishes
- 200 g leafy salad of choice (e.g., romaine, oakleaf lettuce)
- 1 Carrot
- 2 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
- 4 Tbsp sunflower oil
- Salt
- ground pepper
Instructions

Blanch cauliflower in salted water for about 5 minutes. Shock in ice water and drain.

Wash, trim, and slice radishes thinly.

Wash leafy salad, remove tough stems, and tear into bite‑sized pieces.

Peel carrot and grate finely.

Combine cauliflower, radishes, salad, and grated carrot in a bowl. Drizzle with vinegars and oil, toss well, and season with salt and pepper to taste.

Serve in small bowls or ramekins.
