Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 80 g pre-cooked cauliflower florets
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

    Whisk eggs with 1 tbsp water, season with salt and pepper, then cook in a pan with hot butter over medium heat, spreading the cauliflower on top.
