- 800 g cauliflower
- 500 g tomatoes
- 2 Garlic cloves
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 3 tbsp butter (crumbled)
- 200 g sheep cheese (cubed)
- 0.5 bunch marjoram
- oil (for greasing the dish)

Clean and cut cauliflower into small florets. Boil in salted water for about 6 minutes, then drain, shock with ice water, and let drain. Briefly blanch tomatoes, peel, quarter, seed, and dice. Peel and chop garlic. Wash basil leaves; set aside a few for garnish, chop the rest and mix with tomatoes.

Combine cauliflower, tomatoes, and garlic; season with salt and pepper, transfer to greased baking dish, top with sheep cheese and butter crumbs. Bake in preheated oven at 200°C on middle rack for about 15-20 minutes.
