Turkey Steaks with Pak Choy

Ingredients
- 400 g pak choi
- 175 g Bamboo shoots (in strips, from the jar)
- 200 g shiitake mushrooms
- 3 Garlic cloves
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 4 turkey cutlets (about 160 g each)
- 4 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 200 g basmati rice

Wash and trim the Pak Choi, then chop into small pieces. Drain the bamboo shoots in a sieve. Clean the mushrooms and slice them. Peel the garlic and dice it; wash, trim, and chop the chili pepper.

Heat a grill pan and sear the turkey cutlets on one side for 2–3 minutes. Flip the cutlets, brush with 2 tbsp honey and 1 tbsp soy sauce, and cook for another 2–3 minutes until done.

Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in a large non‑stick skillet. Add Pak Choi, bamboo shoots, mushrooms, garlic, and chili; stir‑fry for about 2 minutes. Drizzle with the remaining honey and soy sauce.

Arrange the vegetables on plates, split the cutlets in half, and place them on top. Serve with basmati rice.
