Cauliflower Gratin

Spoonsparrow cauliflower gratin, vegan, tastes great for dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 200 g corn (canned)
  • 2 tbsp soy drink (soy milk)
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • Salt
  • Pepper (freshly ground)
  • curry powder
  • nutmeg
  • vegetable oil (for the dish)

Instructions

    Wash the cauliflower, drain and cut into florets. Blanch in boiling salted water for about 10 minutes, then drain.

    Preheat the oven to 180°C fan. Rinse the corn in a sieve, drain. Puree with an immersion blender, then stir in the soy milk and nutritional yeast. Season with salt, pepper, curry and nutmeg. Lightly oil a large baking dish. Layer the cauliflower and pour the corn sauce over it. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes until golden and serve hot.
