- 2 Apples
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)

Peel the carrots and apples, quarter the apples, remove the core, and grate both roughly with the carrots. Mix together with lemon juice and olive oil, seasoning with salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar.
