Ingredients
- 600 g Carrots
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 125 ml dry Marsala
Instructions

Peel the carrots and cut them into thin diagonal slices. Heat the oil in a saucepan, add the carrots, lightly salt and pepper, and sauté while stirring for about 6 minutes.

Add the Marsala wine, cover, and simmer over low heat for another 3 minutes before serving.
