  • 150 ml carrot juice (freshly squeezed if desired)
  • 100 ml orange juice (freshly pressed)
  • 200 ml Buttermilk
  • 1 walnut-sized piece fresh ginger (less if desired)
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • fresh carrot strips (for garnish)

Instructions

    Peel the ginger and press it through a garlic press into the blender. Add the juices, buttermilk, and honey, then blend everything.
