- 150 ml carrot juice (freshly squeezed if desired)
- 100 ml orange juice (freshly pressed)
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- 1 walnut-sized piece fresh ginger (less if desired)
- 1 tsp Honey
- fresh carrot strips (for garnish)

Peel the ginger and press it through a garlic press into the blender. Add the juices, buttermilk, and honey, then blend everything.
