Ingredients
- 250 g small mozzarella balls
- 1 bunch chives
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- lettuce leaves
- salt (pepper)
- 250 g goat fresh cheese
- 100 g yogurt
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 sprigs Mint
- 4 tomatoes
- salt (pepper)
Instructions

Wash tomatoes, cut off tops, hollow out, peel skins. Mix cheese with yogurt. Peel garlic, squeeze into mixture, season with salt and pepper, fill tomatoes, sprinkle finely chopped mint.

Serve with whole‑grain bread.

Wash chives, slice into rounds, mix with olive oil and lemon juice, scatter over the balls, season with salt and pepper, arrange on lettuce leaves.
