Ingredients

  • 500 g fresh porcini mushrooms
  • 150 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp whipping cream
  • Salt
  • pepper (from grinder)
  • olive oil
  • 2 tbsp chives rings

Instructions

    Clean the mushrooms and slice them thinly with a knife. Arrange on a plate.

    Whisk together the crème fraîche, lemon juice, and whipping cream.

    Season the mushroom slices with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, and pour the sauce over them.
