- 800 g small potatoes (for boiling)
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g butter

Peel the potatoes, cut them in half, and cook them in salted water for about 20 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and place them in a hot pan with sugar and butter. Stir to caramelize the potatoes, remove, drain on kitchen paper, and serve.
