Camembert from the Air Fryer
The spicy Camembert from the air fryer is quick to make and simply delicious. With Spoonsparrow there is the recipe.
Ingredients
- 1–2 red plums
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 carrots beetroot (250 g; pre-cooked, vacuum sealed)
- 2 sprigs Rosemary
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp pistachio nuts (30 g)
- 2 small Camembert cheeses (80-100 g each; 30% fat in the product)
- 2 tsp Honey
- 2 slices sourdough whole‑grain bread (50 g each)
Instructions

Wash plums, halve them, remove pits and cut into wedges. Peel onion, halve it and slice into strips. Quarter beetroot and cut into pieces. Wash rosemary and pluck needles.

Place plums, beetroot, onion and half the rosemary in a bowl, mix with oil, salt, pepper. Transfer ingredients to a parchment paper tray on rack of zone 1 in the air fryer.

Coarsely chop pistachios. Score Camembert cheeses crosswise. Place both cheese pieces on rack of zone 2. Top each with remaining rosemary and pistachios, drizzle with honey.

Cook beetroot vegetables on "Roast" at 180 °C for 12 minutes, stirring once halfway through. Cook cheese for 12 minutes on "Roast" at 200 °C.

After cooking, remove both from their respective zones and arrange on plates. Serve the Camembert from the air fryer with fresh sourdough bread.
