Ingredients
- 1 stalk leeks
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 2 small red‑skinned apples
- 400 g Camembert cheese
- 1 tbsp apple jam
- 2 tbsp cider
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- bay leaf for garnish
Instructions

Clean, wash and slice the leeks into rings. Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and sauté the leeks for 1–2 minutes. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Rinse the apples, quarter them, core them, and cut into thin strips.

Slice the Camembert into rounds. Mix the remaining oil with apple jam, cider, salt and pepper to make a dressing. Arrange the sliced cheese, apple strips and leeks on plates.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top. Garnish with a bay leaf if desired.
