Ingredients
- 250 g butter
- 250 g powdered sugar
- 4 eggs
- 250 g flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 1 handful lemon balm
- 400 g double cream cream cheese
- 50 g powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp honey

Beat the eggs with powdered sugar until fluffy, then add softened butter, baking powder with flour and half of the finely chopped lemon balm. Line a cake pan with parchment paper. Pour the batter in and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes until golden yellow.

Whisk the cream cheese with sugar, honey and remaining lemon balm until fluffy.

Remove the finished cake from the oven and place it on a cooling rack. Let cool completely, then slice in half. Spread the cheese cream on one half, place the other half on top, and dust with powdered sugar.
