Ingredients
- 1 head of savoy cabbage (about 1.2 kg)
- Salt
- 300 g plain yogurt (3.5% fat)
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 4 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp Honey
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 400 g shrimp (peeled and deveined)
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed Oil
- dill

Clean, wash the cabbage, cut into thin strips, blanch in boiling salted water for 1–2 minutes, shock in cold water and drain well. For the vinaigrette whisk yogurt with lemon juice and cream, season with salt, honey and pepper.

Wash shrimp, pat dry and sauté in a hot pan with oil for 3–5 minutes, turning occasionally. Divide cabbage among four plates, top with shrimp, drizzle with dressing, and garnish with dill leaves.
